Our feelings for Stephanie run much deeper than just the fact that she was our closing realtor on our new forever home. From the beginning Stephanie was punctual to meetings, friendly, and beyond helpful. She made her schedule work for ours so that we could see as many houses as we desired. Stephanie listened to our house buying wish list and was extremely responsive. She recommended numerous properties that fit our criteria and got us appointments to see properties we had an interest in very quickly. She was very helpful during house tours. She helped point out red flags but also helped us see the potential in some houses. She recommended house inspection companies and mortgage brokers. She also facilitated the house and fire inspections- she knew just what to do!
